Absolutely. We work with runners at every level — including people who've never run a mile in their life. Your starting point doesn't matter. What matters is where you want to go.

How is a custom plan different from a free generic plan?

Generic plans are built for an average runner — which means they're built for no one in particular. Your plan is built around your fitness, your schedule, your injury history, and your specific goal.

Can Stride Run Lab replace my physical therapist or doctor?

We're coaches, not medical professionals. We work alongside your healthcare team, not instead of them. If something needs clinical attention, we'll always tell you.
